So you may be wondering what does it take to get hosted? Well just read and follow these rules and we shouldn’t have any problems. if you have any questions or want clarification just email or ask on the forums.

  • all types of personal, small buisness, hosting, design and pretty much any type of sites you want hosted are being accepted.
  • no hate, porn, abusive, or any sites with inappropriate content
  • you may host other people, but just know it does take up your space
  • please get your site up within 2 months or your account will be suspended and the domain possibly put up for adoption. (please don’t waste our space but talk if something comes up and you need more time)
  • i ask that you have some experience with websites and at least know what you are doing. i can provide you with some help, but i will not make your site for you.
  • you do not have to keep an ad code on your site, and please do not exceed 3 ad codes per sites if you require ad codes.
  •  we ask that you acknowledge us as your host. (not required)
  • as a webmaster you resume responsibility of all content on your site, (and sites you host) and that the content follows the rules.
  • do not apply with stolen content or use stolen content on your site.
  • please keep your site up-to-date with scripts and make sure your hostees do too.
  • if a site is found in violation of any of these rules they will be subjected to any termination. i will attempt to contact you and if the info is not removed your site will be suspended or deleted.
  • please make sure your email stays current so we can contact you.

Forbidden Content!

  • Audio or video streaming
  • Phishing Sites
  • Fraud sites
  • Spam websites
  • Spamming Email / Mass Email
  • Gambling Websites
  • Arcade Gaming Websites
  • Pirated Scripts
  • File Hosting Sites
  • File Hosting / Backup hosting
  • Proxy Sites / IRC
  • Any form of warez hosting or linking
  • Adult Sites
  • Illegal / Child Pornography
  • Torrentflux or similar
  • Rapidleech or similar
  • Outdated scripts or software
  • PHPizabi and YaBB Forums or any forums using flat file as database
  • Any script that has an adverse effect on the server
  • Scripts using more than 5% of server resources

If a site is found in violation of any of the forbidden content, Hosting You reserves the right to remove it and terminate or suspend your account with or without prior notice, depending on the severity and nature of the offense.
